Activities
Church of Christ Wembley Downs
A community that reflects inwardly and refracts outwardly...
There are many walking trails close by, affording opportunity on Tuesday mornings for walkers from church and community to meet and enjoy some exercise.
Walk'n'Talk
A Thursday morning opportunity for seniors to meet and socialise over scrabble, mah-jong, cards and carpet bowls.

Volunteer drivers collect those in the vicinity and the year’s program includes coach trips, lunch outings and guest presenters.

This has been a joint venture with neighbouring churches for over thirty years.

Open House
A small community meets on Tuesday nights to practice contemplative prayer, drawing on the techniques of John Main as well as the ancient practice of Lectio Divina and the more recent practices of Ignatius Loyola.
Christian Meditation Group
A more traditional study group, meets together at various times to discuss various issues centralised around, but not limited to, biblical and theological topics.

Sharing and praying together often leads and guides the reflections and discussions.

Occasionally we go out for our input.

House Groups
A gathering on Wednesday mornings for women who like to practice and learn craft together. CHAT is an acronym for “Craft and Have A Talk.”  This group has recently joined forces with the craft group from Our Lady of the Rosary, Woodlands.
CHAT
An opportunity for church and community to meet and discuss a monthly title from our Book Club supplier. Books are loaned at minimal cost and exchanged each time the group meets.

BookWorms
We join other churches in supporting the work of chaplains in the state school system and the Special Religious Education program in primary schools. We currently have a vacancy for a suitably qualified volunteer teacher at the local primary school.
YouthCare
On the first Sunday of the month, worshippers make an offering of grocery items to be distributed through the food bank conducted by the Innaloo Uniting Church.
